Who you’re buying from
Our shop is run by Weston Marine Lake Mudlarks CIC (company number 13078183). Every penny of profit goes back into Weston Marine Lake.
Collection and delivery
- Collect from the lake: choose collection at checkout and we’ll get in touch to arrange a time to meet you at the lake.
- Posted to you: we post within the UK. Postage is shown at checkout. As we’re volunteers, please allow up to 10 working days.
- Polar Bear Challenge entries and donations don’t need delivering – we’ll be in touch by email.
Returns
If you change your mind about an item, let us know within 14 days of receiving it and return it unused for a refund of the item price. If something arrives damaged or faulty, contact us and we’ll put it right.
Donations and Polar Bear Challenge entries are not refundable, as they go straight towards the lake – but if you’ve made a mistake, please get in touch and we’ll do our best to help.
